Saw advertisement on TikTok and decided to check it out. It was a heavenly, spiritual experience with Nancey. 10 out of 10 will be back again . From the reception to the owner . I felt seen and appreciated.

This Spa is a level above top tier massages and scalp massage with the steam I felt like I was in heaven. They are nice and professional and smells good in here nice ice tea as well. Highly recommend

I’m so happy this small business is here in OZP!! The owner is lovely. She is so sweet. The facilities are clean and very pretty. It’s a 2 minute walk from the 104 A stop. I got a Groupon for the 60 minute hydro- spa treatment. It included the scalp cleaning and neck and shoulder massage. Like most head spas you have to take off the top half of your clothes and you put on the robe. Cici was my specialist. She’s great! First started with a head scratcher and a dry scalp massage. Then she added water and shampoo with more massaging- always asking if pressure and water temperature were good. I have 3a/b long curly hair that was a rat’s nest of tangles. Cici did a valiant effort detangling, especially if you’re tender headed, she was gentle. I’m-personally- very particular about detangling methods because split ends, so I’d just detangle before going and put in a protective do that can be quickly undone. Also - I feel bad for putting her through detangling the mess of my hair hahaha. The neck and shoulder massage was heavenly. She also used the little water fall thing and after put a mask on my hair and set up a head steamer. While the steamer was going she massaged my arms and briefly my legs. After the steamer she rinsed my hair and gently cleaned my ears with a q-tip. Then she sat me up and dried my back. She asked for if I wanted my hair dried and I said yes girl, it’s cold out. She put a moisturizing cream and didn’t comb through my curls - which I loved! Other places I’ve gone to comb through the curls afterwards and it messed with the pattern. I also saw that they had Tresseme mousse for curly hair which I took as a good sign. To wrap they used the little scalp camera and it looked chef’s kiss. Their herbal version of the scalp treatment is using the Tuodatong method. I usually go to their main location in Flushing and I LOVE the way the herbal soups? (Idk what the right term is here) feel on my scalp and the effect it has. My hair felt and looked healthier.

Best experience ever! Would definitely recommend. I got the herbal detox scalp therapy with my best friend. Staff was very friendly always, massage was so relaxing all the ladies were so nice asking if we were okay with what they were doing. I have a lot of hair it was a bit hard to dry, the owner herself was so kind and even offered to help dry it. I’m definitely coming back to this place again ☺️☺️!

I absolutely loved my experience here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, professional, and genuinely relaxing. Everything was organized and clean, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and respectful—they made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained each step so I knew exactly what to expect. That level of care really stood out to me. My hair hasn’t felt this clean, refreshed, and lightweight in such a long time. You can tell they use quality products and take their time doing things properly. I especially loved the ginger shampoo—it smelled amazing, felt invigorating on my scalp, and left my hair feeling soft but not stripped. It was such a soothing yet energizing experience. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this place to others. If you’re looking for a professional, relaxing, and high-quality hair experience, this is it.

I had an incredible experience at A+ Head Spa. From the moment I walked in, the space felt spotless, calming, and genuinely welcoming. The customer service was truly five-star, and I was greeted right away and checked in seamlessly. Once settled into my private room, the experience began with a luxurious 30-minute massage using oils and hot stones—pure relaxation. That was followed by a deeply hydrating facial, which left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. The highlight, though, was the ginger scalp detox—truly the star of the experience. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire visit, and the staff checked in often to make sure everything was perfect. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish, and I’ll absolutely be back. I can’t recommend A+ Head Spa enough—this is something everyone should experience. ✨

I had such a relaxing time at this spa! When I arrived, I didn’t have to wait long and was taken care of right away. I felt super comfortable throughout my session. I used a Groupon for an hour of head spa with a massage. My scalp was thoroughly washed and cleansed, and my worker kept checking in to make sure I was okay, which I really appreciated. The only little downside was that the room was a bit humid and hot. It could definitely use some more ventilation and cooler air. Overall, I was really satisfied with the service. My scalp was left feeling clean, and they even blow-dried it at the end, which was a nice touch!

Wow I wish I could give more than 5 stars to A+ head spa. From the moment I called to book the appointment to the day of my appointment, I was treated like a princess. I had the spa package of hydration facial & herbal head spa, I did upgrade my package upon arrival to a collagen hydration facial n to a ginger shampoo cause I was feeling gingery that day n added ear pickling. The service n treatment I recieved with Nancy was beyond my expectations. I left feel delighted n so did my guest. As we are to be be repeat customers

I'm a traveler, and since I had some free time this afternoon, I decided to check out this salon. What impressed me most was the red-haired girl at the front desk—she looked great and had a lovely voice. When I told her it was my first visit and I knew nothing about the services, she patiently explained everything in detail. With her there, I truly felt cared for and valued. The scalp analysis was super cool and thorough, and the ginger treatment was nice and warm. Getting my hair done here was an absolute pleasure. I'm absolutely delighted and will definitely be back

I’m genuinely delighted to have discovered such an affordable and professional head spa in the area. Their pricing is refreshingly transparent. You can simply search on Google to see how accessible their services are. USE GROUPON ($30-50)! I especially enjoyed the $20 ginger treatment, which was both soothing and invigorating. Candy is exceptional. She is meticulous, attentive, and truly committed to releasing every knot and area of tension during the massage. It starts off very uncomfortable if you’re very tense like myself, but it ends up being quite relieving. Each visit has been deeply relaxing, and I’ve now returned twice because of the consistently high-quality care. The scalp scanner reaffirms their intentional work! The ear cleaning service was alright. I’m a bit sensitive with people getting deep in my ear. My only suggestion would be for the spa to offer a blow dryer with a comb attachment. The paddle-style dryer often recommended on TikTok isn’t ideal for all hair types and has even caused breakage for me in the past (I have type 4 hair). Parking is mostly metered, though you can sometimes find free spots on the side streets. Overall, I highly recommend this spa for anyone seeking restorative, thoughtful care.
